INARF serves a vibrant, engaged membership of Indiana providers of services to people with disabilities. Members are actively involved in shaping industry policy and promoting quality programs in the human service field. From effective legislative and administrative advocacy to opportunities for training, networking and strategic consulting, INARF has been advancing leadership and building resources for over 30 years.

Over 80 Institutional Members serve as the core of the association and are composed of agencies that provide direct community-based services to individuals with disabilities in Indiana. Institutional Members operate or sponsor programs which provide education, training, sheltered employment, residential services or other services to persons with disabilities.

Institutional Members enjoy a variety of benefits including support from knowledgeable, experienced staff and consultants, timely updates on industry information, access to regular networking and training events, and frequent audiences with key policy makers. Members are actively involved in driving the development and direction of the Association through workgroups, taskforces and Corporate Committees. In addition, members have exclusive access to discounted business services through INARF’s Preferred Partner Programs.

As an industry supplier, Associate Members provide products and services to the human service market place. INARF’s Associate Members make a commitment to support quality programs for people with disabilities and are active participants in the community.

INARF membership opens doors to the human service provider community by providing exposure, marketing and networking opportunities to a targeted audience. Associate members receive regular publications to stay informed of relevant issues and opportunities as well as expand understanding of the human service industry’s language and rules. Participation in INARF’s Professional Interest Sections provides access to the conversations, ideas and needs within specific industry sectors, and allows opportunities to share expertise and gain industry recognition through meeting presentations. Associate members are also provided with an annual listing of all INARF members.
